This 1.5-hour session, led by Avalanche Hockey, will focus on building core technical skills. Players will sharpen their skating, puck handling, shooting, and tactical play in a high-quality, hands-on environment. Hockey training fundamentals include skating edge control, crossovers, starts and stops, puck handling, stickhandling, passing, and shooting.
